There are days in the year where it’s perfectly ok to turn it off and just enjoy being with friends and family and to indulge in a great meal and a few drinks.
The SuperBowl has become one of those events that brings people together in the US, Canada and around the World. And an opportunity to reconnect, discuss and maybe argue for a little while before going back to the grind.

It also has variations that allow you to make it easier or more difficult as you get better and stronger.

Here we go! The First, Introductory episode of WTF is a dad bod podcast!
What better way to kick this off than talking about how it started for me.
A friend and I were both in our late 30’s and had put on a few pounds.
Slacking off by not exercising and perhaps eating more than we should.
Realizing that we were getting older and not feeling good about ourselves or how we looked, we had a choice to make.
You either let yourself go and deal with the consequences later OR you start doing something.
Hold each other accountable to the work AND get a reward from it!
